Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted my terms. Violation of TOS will result in blacklisting.
General Terms
> I have the right to decline any commission.
> Requests are not "first come first served", I will select requests based on personal interest.
> I will not accept commissions from any accounts younger than 3 months.
> Use in AI generation, or for the use of AI art is strictly prohibited.
> No heavy fetish works such as necrophilia, scat, beastiality, etc.
> No glorification of violence, terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand especially communities of minorities.
> Commercial use must be disclosed beforehand.
Payment
> Payments will be realized in USD or BRL only.
> Payments will be made through Paypal invoice USD or PIX (Brasil).
> Full payment will be realized upfront.
> I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made.
> If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only get a full refund if it is yet to be started. You will receive a partial refund depending on the progress I have made.
> A refund will not be given if the artwork is complete.
Progress And Deadlines
> Commission completion may take from 2 days to 3 months.
> Deadlines are negotiable ahead of time and will come with an added rush fee of $40.
> Client will receive a drive link to the full sized png via dms upon finishing and the artwork will be posted on the artist's twitter/tiktok tagging the client.
Copyright and usage
The artist holds the rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, the following is within the artist’s rights:
> Promote their self with the art piece on any platform (unless artwork is private).
> Present the artwork as sample or portfolio piece (unless artwork is private).
> The artist is not allowed to turn the artwork or design into profitable goods or merchandise that will give gain personally or to any other individual or group who is not the client.
The client is allowed to do the following:
> Crop artwork for personal layout purposes, icons, twitter banners etc. as long as the original artwork is not edited/altered and there are no connections to or promotion of a brand.
> Use the artwork as a design for personal use only, such as printing, clothing, merch, or tattoos for only themselves.
> Post the artwork in social media (as long as credit is provided).
Commecial useYou may purchase commercial rights at any time for a fee of $160. This is non-negotiable.Commecial use includes but is not limited to:
> Stream assets
> Video assets
> Stream/video thumbnails
> Emotes
> Merch (physical or digital)
> Posters and/or other prints
> Anything you intend to use to generate revenue or push your brand.
Breaking the copyright's terms will take away any right the client had over the artwork.The following is considered copyright infringement:
> Use in AI generation, or for the use of AI art.
> Reproducing the artwork commercially (making money out of it, in any way, without the knowledge or consent of the artist).
> Removing or altering any watermarks/signatures without the consent or knowledge of the artist.
> Commissioning a third party to edit my artwork.
> Editing, tracing or altering the artwork in any way without the consent or knowledge of the artist.
> Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
